Chicken: 1 kg
Nilamel’s chicken masala: 4 tbsp
Onions sliced : 1 cup
Ginger: 2 inch long piece
Garlic: 3
Green chillies: 4
Clean chicken pieces and marinate in 2 tbsp Nilamel’s chicken masala and salt. Make ginger-garlic-green chillies paste and fry it with onions. Add Nilamel’s chicken masala and fry a bit. Now add chicken pieces. Serve hot with appam.
